Returns within 60 days

Returns are accepted within 60 days after buyer receives the item. A refund will be issued within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.

The return requirements are: 1. Please help us take three photos of the shoes: one of the sole, one of the front of the shoes and one of the outer packaging of the shoes to help us confirm whether the shoes are in good condition for sale; 2. Please make sure the shoes are sent back in the original package. If the package is missing, please let us know and we will provide you with a label to print on the package before returning it.
